A public hearing (Case 2018-05) will be held on Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Office for a Variance as specified in the Zoning Ordinance. 

 

A Variance is requested from Section XVI, Special Event Facility Ordinance, Section 4b. of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a change in wording regarding number of events held and number of guests allowed.  It is proposed to read:  “Special events numbering 25-125 attendees in size shall be limited to a maximum of 22 events in a calendar year.  Events with 100-125 attendees will have an off-duty police officer on site during the hours of 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Events with less than 25 attendees shall have no limit.”
