You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has moved to find that the Sunset Lake residents had no standing as detailed in Crotched Mountain Foundation’s Objection to the Motion for Rehearing and, according to the RSA 677:2, to request the first rehearing; and therefore, the original decision stands.

The Board decided they had erred in their decision to allow the rehearing requested by Attorney Hanna for a request for a Variance from Article F Sections 3 and 4 for the General Residence District, the district underlying the Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation and Education District, to allow no road frontage but access via the right of way for Lot R2-13.
