A Public Hearing will be held at the Town Offices on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to hear ZBA Case 2022-04 in which the Applicant has requested a Variance and a Special Exception from Article IV Sections C.5 to permit a detached ADU that exceeds the limit of 800 sq. ft for Lot R1-1-2.
