Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Greenfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a Site Walk at 74 Zephyr Lake Road on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 6:30 PM in conjunction with an Application for a Variance. They will then meet back at the Town Offices to review the Application. If it is accepted as Complete, the ZBA will open the Public Hearing for Applicant Tim Briand for a Variance to permit a deck in the setback. No Public Comment will be taken at the Site Walk; the public are welcome to attend the meeting afterward.
