Trustee of Trust Funds Meeting 4/2/2019

Meeting opened at 4:30
MS 9 created with the new TTF Portal was sent back by the state, with a request for more detail about the Cemetery Trust and the Library Trusts. It is not clear just what information they are seeking, so Aaron Patt is contacting them for more information.
Ken has done research on the history of these funds going back to 1960. It is difficult to follow why these monies were converted from many little funds, lot funds named Cemetery Fund 1,2, and 3. The MS 9’s are available, but no supporting information has been found. We will seek further clarification from the state before doing any more research.
Linda was unable to access the DOJ reporting portal. An email has been sent to Axiomatic to obtain directions to do this.
Auditors are expected next week. Ken has prepared the information they requested.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30. Next meeting will be held at 4:30 on 7/9/19. It will be our semi-annual joint meeting with our investment company.
