Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes

Meeting date:  July 10, 2018 @ 4:30 p.m.

Attendees:  Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, Linda Nickerson, Bryan Sanford and Marcie MacKenzie

We met with Bryan and Marcie from Charter Trust to review our common and capital funds.

We are still very happy with how Charter Trust is managing the Towns funds.  This last quarter didn’t reflect positively however, the funds are gaining quite a bit since we began with Charter Trust.  Ken mentioned to Bryan and Marcie that when the funds are released to us from the Town at the end of this year a large portion will need to be put into accounts where it will be easy to get the funds due to Fire Department needs which are expected prior to year end.

Marcie from Charter Trust ensured us that the year end documents will be ready and provided at our next meeting which will be held January 8, 2019 @ 4:30p.m. at the Town Office.

When reporting on the MS9, we need to be sure all accounts are separated if they have different dates within one fund.  Also, our yearly signature page with Charter trust will be set up with the additional signer (not one of the Trustees of Trusts) remaining blank to allow anyone who is at the town office in an administrative position to sign.

There were no applicants this year for the scholarship so the funds will remain and grow for next year.

Next Trustee of Trust meeting will be held October 9, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. Town office.

Meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
