Selectboard’s Minutes

Monday, June 11, 2018 – 10:00 AM

Selectboard: Chair Robert Marshall, Selectwoman Margaret A. Charig Bliss, Selectwoman Karen Day

Staff: Aaron Patt, Town Administrator; David Hall, Fire Chief

10:00 AM Meeting Open

At 10:00 am, Chairman Marshall stated that he would entertain a motion to enter into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II a & c. Selectwoman Charig Bliss made a motion to enter into non-public session under the RSA as stated. Selectwoman Day seconded the motion. On a roll-call vote the Board voted 3-0 in favor of entering into non-public session.

11:30 AM Meeting Close

Selectwoman Charig Bliss made a motion to adjourn the closed session, motion was seconded by Selectwoman Day. Chairman Marshall concurred and the vote was 3-0 in favor of closing the non-public session.

In the public session, Selectwoman Day made a motion to seal the minutes of the closed session according to RSA 91-A:3 III, to preserve the effectiveness of the Selectboard’s discussion and decisions and to prevent adversely affecting the reputation of those other than the governing body. Motion was seconded by Selectwoman Charig Bliss. Chairman Marshall concurred and the motion carried 3-0.

11:33 AM - Selectwoman Charig Bliss made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Chairman Marshall; motion carried 3-0.
