Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7pm on Monday July 10, 2023 in the Planning Board Meeting Room at the Greenfield Town Office Building. The purpose of this hearing is to review a Site Plan Review Application submitted by Sanford Surveying and Engineering. The location of this property is Map V3 Lot 9, 8 Slip Road, Greenfield, New Hampshire 03047.
Anyone wishing to question or comment on the subject being discussed at this hearing should be present at the above time and place. Written testimony will be accepted provided it arrives at the public hearing by the time the hearing begins, as noticed above.
This formally noticed public hearing is for the purpose of formally receiving the noticed application. If the application is found to be complete, it is possible that the Planning Board could, at this hearing, accept the application and then, after sufficient deliberation, act on the application at this hearing.
If no decision is reached at this time, the Planning Board can be expected to continue this hearing to its next regularly scheduled meeting until the matter is concluded. If that is the case, this is the only formal notification you will receive.
