NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 26, 2021 in the Greenfield Meeting House. The purpose of the hearing is to review an application for a Lot-Line Adjustment (LLA) submitted by Norman and Linda Nickerson, 99 Old Bennington Rd. Greenfield NH 03047. The LLA specifically involves lots R3-37, R3-38 and R3-39.1. If a decision cannot be reached by the Planning Board at this hearing, this application will remain on its agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. All attendees are encouraged to wear face masks.
