Public Notice

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application to build a self-storage facility by Dave Blanchette at 295 Sawmill Road, Tax Map R1, Lot 29 will be submitted to the Planning Board on January 29, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. at the Greenfield Town Offices during a rescheduled meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review application, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the Public Hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Select Board Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
