NOTICE OF DECISION
Planning Board

A Public Hearing was held at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 23, 2023 in the Greenfield Town
Office building for a Minor Subdivision Application of Lot R2-13, submitted by New England
Forestry Consultants for Crotched Mountain Foundation, 186 Granite St. Suite 3C, Manchester,

NH 03101.

This application was CONDITIONALLY APPROVED on Monday, Feburary 13, 2023, with the

following updates required:

The Planning Board must receive a State approved septic design
The following information to be added to the plats:

● Applicant shall receive all necessary permits ensuring that the road giving access to the
property complies with the Town of Greenfield’s Driveway Regulations before any new
development is undertaken or building permits issued by the Town’s Building Inspector
● Pursuant to the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s decision dated April 22, 2022 any future
uses of the lot shall be limited to only benefiting persons with a recognized physical
disability and shall not include the development of housing
