Notice of Decision- 7/8/19 Eversource Tree Trimming Approved

PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF DECISION

In accordance with RSA 676:4 and RSA 231:158 a public hearing was held at 7:00pm on July
08, 2019 at the Greenfield Town Office for Eversource Energy.
Hazardous trees that are within the public right of way and flagged will be cut down. Hazardous
trees outside of the public right of way, will be cut down after receiving permission from the
property-owner. Tree cutting will be done by Eversource/Asplundh Tree Experts. All trees have
been flagged or tagged with orange flagging for easy identification. This necessary work insures
safe distribution of power and improving reliability of electric service.

The Planning Board has Approved cutting down of Harazdous trees that directly affect the
primary power wires within the town of Greenfield. This work is necessary to insure the safe
distribution of power and to improve reliability of electric service for our customers.
