NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hearby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the Town of Greenfield Planning Board re-opened the Public Hearing for a Lot Line Adjustment by applicants Norm & Linda Nickerson, Trustees of the Nickerson Family Revocable Trust represented by Peter Mellen Surveryor,LLC. The two lots are R3 Lots 37 and 39-1 in the Rural Agricultural District. The hearing was held on May 20, 2019 at 7pm. The Planning Board's decision is to deny the Lot Line Adjustment of R3 Lots 37 and 39-1. The applicant has 30 days to appeal.
