In accordance with RSA 231, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on April 24, at 7:00 p.m. at the Greenfield Town Offices to discuss trimming/cutting of brush/trees by the town DPW on Slip Road. The trees have been flagged with marking tape.
Anyone wishing to question or comment on the subject being discussed at this hearing should be present at the above time and place. Written testimony will be accepted provided it arrives at the public hearing by the time the hearing begins, as noticed above.
This formally noticed public hearing is for the purpose of formally receiving the noticed application. If the application is found to be complete, it is possible that the Planning Board could, at this hearing, accept the application and then, after sufficient deliberation, act on the application at this hearing.
If no decision is reached at this time, the Planning Board can be expected to continue this hearing to its next regularly scheduled meeting until the matter is concluded. If that is the case, this is the only formal notification you will receive.
