In Attendance: Mike Gasper, Dave Thimmel, Sean Sylvester, Karen Morrison, Brian Mamzack,
Catrina Mamzack, Mary Ann Grant, Mary Ann Beard
5:30pm DThimmel called the meeting to order
The group discussed the following:
● The small kitchen appliances at Oak Park. The popcorn machine and small freezer
are in unsanitary condition. Would like to have the freezer and popcorn machine
removed.
● Winter Carnival and the current list of events
● 2022 Future events at Oak Park
● Fire and Ice Parade. Committee would like to contribute to the event. Talked about
entering in the tree decorating contest, creating a parade float, and providing food at
Oak Park. It was agreed that due to limited time the committee would not decorate a
tree, and would focus on a parade float and food at oak park.
● OPC will not meet on Thursday November 11, 2021
● DThimmel nominated Mike Gasper, Sean Sylvester, Karen Morrison, Mary Ann Grant, MaryAnn Beard, Zach Partin, Sandra Partin to be Committee Members, seconded by BMamczak, vote passed 3-0
Action Items:
● DThimmel will contact Rick about the removal of the small appliances in the kitchen
● MGrant will contact Fire Department to see what the Food plan is for Fire and Ice
● CMamczak will post next week's canceled meeting
● CMamczak will send a list of new committee members to the Town Admin
