5:30pm Opened meeting

DThimmel gave update on upcoming Sept 10&11 Homestead Event. Approximately 300 tickets have sold to date. Additional porta potties and insurance policy, two portable generators and a large event tent have been secured for the event. DThimmel and Jack Pollner will set up tents, fencing and parking signs on Friday September 9.

Discussed catering options for the Homestead Event. A decision was made to order 300 assorted sandwiches(wraps) from Wilton House of pizza. The cost for 300 sandwiches will be approximately $2,800.00.

DThimmel motioned to approve ordering 300 assorted sandwiches(wraps) from Wilton House of Pizza, seconded by MABeard, VOTE PASSED 6-0
