Meeting Minutes

Thursday September 2nd, 2021

Meeting was called to order at 5:36

Present: Dave Thimmel, Alyssum Proctor Russel, Brian Mamzack, Catrina Mamzack,

Sarah Babb, Sean Sylvester

Dave motioned to appoint Sarah Babb as Oak Park Committee Secretary, seconded by Catrina, all were in favor, motion passed

Catrina motioned to appoint Dave Thimmell as Oak Park Committee Chairman, seconded by Alyssum, all in favor, motion passed

The following items were discussed:

  1. Perspective Events
    1. Work Day Clean Up, confirmed date of Sep. 25, rain or shine, 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
    2. Trunk or Treat event, confirmed date of Oct 25, rain date Oct 31
  2. Improvement Plans
  3. Public Outreach Initiatives
  4. Booking Park for the 2 confirmed event dates

Chairman motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:36.

Next OPC Meeting will be Thursday, September 9th at Oak Park.
