Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: October 9, 2018 @ 4:30 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, Linda Nickerson and Aaron Patt
We determined the distribution of funds and Ken Paulsen will notify Charter Trust of the following:
Cemetery Fund to Town of Greenfield $1,540.00
Library Fund to Library Trustees $230.00
McCanna Fund to Town of Greenfield $45.00
The fire department grant was discussed which was provided for diesel fumes exhaust system and interior painting at the station in the amount of $71,429.00, we reviewed the breakdown of the amount to decide where to acquire the 5% portion to complete the project in the amount of $3,571.00 would come from. Ken will send wording on creation of 2009 Town Building Maintenance Funds and the 2015 Non-Apparatus Fire Department funds to Linda Nickerson and Vicki Norris for review to determine appropriate funding.
The fire truck payment will be due December 1st to Midwest Fire. We will need the funding from Town of Greenfield into the Capital Reserve Fund to pay the entire amount to the vendor. Aaron Patt to provide invoice in advance to be ready when the time comes.
Aaron Patt mentioned that the Police department will have a need for funding due to Car 1 not able to be inspected and Car 2 in very bad shape “limping along”. We will need to evaluate when and the amount for a replacement if decided upon.
Next Trustee of Trust meeting will be held January 8, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Town office.

Addendum: Review of the funds wording has been completed and we’ve determined that the $3,571.00 amount can come from the Town Buildings Maintenance Capital Reserve Fund.
