Additional market dates have been reserved for the Greenfield Farmers and Crafters Market through the end of October. Our extended dates for this season are as follows:

Set up and Parking for vendors:

First come, first serve (outside of the two spots reserved for the alcohol vendors nearest the kitchen). Please set up your tents and tables along the track line as you arrive so as not to leave gaps. Market start time is 10am to 1pm, with set up to be complete before 10a. However, we understand that for many of your businesses it makes sense to start a little later in the day so we will be making exceptions to the new hours for late setups with the stipulation that no one will be allowed to drive through the shopping areas after the start of the market.

Karen usually arrives first in the morning. You can follow her lead with set up along the trackline and leave your vehicles parked behind you for convenience. Someone from the Oak Park Committee will be on hand to help direct parking and assist with answering any questions. We will have the market set up location for most vendors in the field along the trackline, near the Gazebo. See the map below.

Our Oak Park Kitchen will be open as we have volunteers available from our committee. We may be updating our kitchen menu occasionally to reflect the earlier hours. Please let us know if you might be interested in volunteering in our kitchen area.

Anyone who hasn't filled out an application or updated your attendance dates and product information for this year, if you have not done so already, through our application form link. If you know anyone interested in becoming a vendor, share the link below. Every unique vendor brings their own loyal customers that might be interested in buying other things they see at the Market.

The H.O.N.E. expo is happening here in Oak Park Sept. 9-10th. They are looking for vendors and have streamlined the process for this year.  If someone wants to be a vendor, they simply buy their ticket to the event as a vendor.  The price this year is $65 for the weekend.  For Greenfield Farmers and Crafters Market vendors, the reduced price is 25% off ($48.75).  They will need to use the code "IMLOCAL" at checkout to get the discounted rate.  More info and sign up is at https://www.newenglandhomesteaders.com/vendors. If anyone has any questions, have them reach out to homesteadersofnewengland@gmail.com.

Hi Everyone,

I'm sending this email to see if you are interested in becoming a member of the Greenfield Harness & Drawbar Club.
We hold the Greenfield Tractor Show at Oak Park every year.
This year's dates are:
Sat. & Sun. Sept. 16 & 17
8am - 3pm

Membership dues are only $10 a year and helps the club to buy needed supplies to put on this family friendly event.

If you would like to attend our upcoming meeting, we will be meeting on Tuesday, September 5th at 6:30 held at Oak Park Pavilion.

You can send membership dues as follows:
Make checks payable to Greenfield Harness & Drawbar Club
Mail to:  Greenfield Harness & Drawbar Club
c/o Dorene Adams
PO Box 343
Greenfield, NH 03047

You don't have to own a tractor to be a member.  Many of our members are just people who want to preserve the history of tractors and other equipment.  If you haven't been to the Annual Tractor Show in awhile, please stop by this year and check out all the exhibits, farmers market, flea markets, crafters and food!  You'll probably meet all kinds of people there that you know, so it's quite the social scene too!

Let me know if you'd like to be a vendor or have something you would like to exhibit.
Thank you for your time,
Dorene Adams
