POLLINATOR PATHWAY MEETING

Calling all gardeners interested in protecting our pollinators such as bees and butterflies. We will be meeting Saturday,  January 21, 2023 (tomorrow) at 2pm at the library in the Wensberg Rm so that no one has to drive in the dark. Ruth Droescher, an advanced master gardener and UNH speaker, will be with us to talk about the importance of these gardens for our pollinators and will discuss some of the plants that will help them the most. This meeting is for all those interested in starting a pollinator garden in the spring of 2023. Having this meeting will allow us to get to know one another and answer any questions about the Pollinator Pathway, pollinators in general and the plants they need to survive.

We have ideas for the fun we can have with this project. We will not only end up with beautiful flower gardens but each gardener who is willing to plant a pollinator garden will earn a free sign with the Pollinator Pathway logo on it to identify the garden on Greenfield’s part of the Pollinator Pathway. See the sign above.

We look forward to meeting with you.
