NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with RSA 675:6 and RSA 675:7, that the Greenfield Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Office on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 6:30 pm to receive public comment regarding the following Greenfield Master Plan proposals:

1.    Amendments to the Natural Features Chapter
2.    Addition of an Energy Chapter
3.    Updates to the Future Land Use Chapter
4.    Goals, Objectives and Strategies for implementing the Master Plan

Additionally, the following will be considered as appendices to the Master Plan:

1.    Contoocook River Management Plan
2.    Professional Assessment of Defining Features of the Business District and Center Village District

Following the hearing, the Planning Board may adopt these proposals for inclusion in the Master Plan. Copies of the proposed chapters and appendices to the Master Plan are available for public viewing at the Town Office during regular business hours. The material is also available on the town website via links on the Planning Board page. Anyone needing assistance to attend the hearing should contact the Select Board Office one week before the hearing date.
