Con-Val Upcoming Reconfiguration Meeting at GES 9/20 - 7pm

Good afternoon,
I am sharing information about the upcoming meeting at Greenfield Elementary School on Wednesday, September 20th at 7 pm as well as an online survey opportunity. If you are willing to share this information through your websites, email and appropriate social media, that would be greatly appreciated.   

As part of the district’s reconfiguration project, Prismatic Services is seeking the input of all adult community members. Each town in the district will have an in-person meeting and other opportunities to engage in this process. The meeting for our town will take place on Wednesday, September 20th from 7:00pm until 8:30pm at the Greenfield Elementary School in an open, drop in format. The “drop in format” allows people who only have a limited amount of time to participate. Even if you only have 15 minutes to spare, you can stop by and participate!
  
Another opportunity to provide your opinions and input regarding the long- term school district configuration goals that are most important to community members via an online survey. Your responses will allow Prismatic to better understand the desires of the ConVal community.

Individual survey results will be kept confidential. Only aggregate survey results will be provided to the public. The survey is open and will remain live through Tuesday, September 29 th .

I  encourage all Greenfield residents and taxpayers to participate in the information gathering opportunities  conducted by the ConVal School Board and independent consultant, Prismatic Services, to gather information about our district’s current school configuration with the goal of analyzing and understanding how to best serve the students and taxpayers in the future.
