Last Meeting Minutes were accepted as amended and approved.

  1. Our latest Mailer was updated per the conversation Director Dave Martin had with the Select Board at their Thursday meeting. Dave requested that they review the updated Mailer and that it be printed Monday. Aaron Patt was to give confirmation.  The Mailer was printed and mailed out on Monday.
  2. Chief Hall suggested that we continue creating and sending out information and news via Mailer to the Greenfield public.
  3. Dave Martin made a motion that we limit out meetings to once a week on Tuesdays which is the day most of us are available. Motion carried. It was also suggested that we make them a lunch meeting per Ray Cilley’s invitation to use his tab at the Hungry Goats Eatery.  Mike B to call and find out if they would be available on Tuesdays to do this for us.
  4. A discussion on the elderly of the town may not understand the severity of what is happening; that they needed to wash their hands and wear masks. We were told that they in fact were making masks at the elderly housing in their common room. Brian was in communication with Karen Nadeau on the needs of this age group.
  5. Dave M will be giving Karen Nadeau volunteer forms that was part of the EOP in hopes that they may be of some help to her.
  6. Dave Hall explained the difference in calling a face covering or an actual mask.  He also gave us new findings on the medical front on new understanding concerning O2 levels.  It was found that lower O2 levels were showing up prior to the usual COVID-19 symptoms were observed. Another way to detect the onset.
  7. A request was received for any extra supplies that we could donate was received.  The consensus was to give a case of N95 masks.
  8. The food from Harvester was to be transported to Barbara C Harris for storage and inventorying in readiness for requests from Rev. Dan Osgood.
  9. Chris B worked with Rhonda on the process Ray outlined on selling donation coins for feeding 1st Responders. The process proved to be complex and very time consuming. It was felt that it was not workable at this time with the Firefighters Association.  Chris to get in touch with Rhonda on the decision.
