Accept or Amend Previous Meeting Minutes. The minutes were accepted as written.
 
NRI review status – the status has not changed and we continue to wait for the next copy from Southwest.
Signage for town conservation properties, next steps. The committee decided to visit and assess the location for each sign on Monday 9am, July 30 at Kokal Farm. There will be three signs for (1) Koch-Brown conservation parcel, (2) Fleck Conservation lot, and (3) the Town Forest. David Bridgewater made the signs
 
Well water testing program. Presentation is scheduled for August 13 and collection of samples will be on August 19. Currently have 10 households signed up. -Karen described her plans for additional advertisement for this event which includes another article in the Spirit and getting an announcement in the paper and distributed to conservation committees in neighboring towns.
 
Pollinator project update. Bought flowers from Maggie Sauvain and Ron Lucas for the meeting house flower beds. Bob Marshall has donated some Black-eye Susans.
 
Dunklee Hill Road culvert upgrade. We have not heard about any developments and still waiting to see formal plans for replacing the culvert on that road.
 
Surface water conservation. Neal reported that the phragmites problem has been eradicated.
 
Commission discussed the current drought situation. The commission has been asked to post an announcement about the problem and methods for conserving water.
 
Schedule additional work session to clean up GCC files. Roger and Karen will take on this project and clean up the files on a schedule they will establish.
