Conservation Commission Minutes

Attendees:         Neal Brown, Karen Day, Carol Irvin, Roger Lessard, Janet Renaud; Karen Russell (member of the public)

This special meeting was called to perform a final review of a letter to submit to the Planning Board regarding the application submitted for Lot R1-29 at 295 Sawmill Road, a proposed storage unit facility.  With a quorum present, the meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm by Chair Roger Lessard.

 Members reviewed the draft document.  Minor grammatical and usage changes were made.

Janet made a motion to submit the final document to the Planning Board; Karen seconded – motion passed unanimously.

Karen Russell asked for a copy to bring down to the P.B. hearing; it was given to her and she left.

Carol sent the document electronically to Paul Renaud, P.B. Chair, and she subsequently went downstairs to ensure Paul had received it – he had. 

Janet made a motion to adjourn; Neal seconded it – meeting adjourned.  All members present were planning to attend the P.B. hearing, except Janet.
