Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes

Meeting Date: October 12, 2017 @ 4:38 p.m.

Attendees:  Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris and Linda Nickerson

We reviewed the Common Stock earnings for disbursements of funds.  We look for consistency year to year.

Disbursements as follows:

Town Cemetery          $1,500.00

Library Trust               $300.00

McCanna Welfare      $60.00

Belcher Scholarship    $1,400.00

We are excited to announce the disbursements are much more than last year.

Our next review with Charter Trust will be January 11, 2018 @ 4:30 p.m.  Charter Trust will bring with them our year end reports so that we can begin the process of preparing the MS9 + MS10 reports for the Town and State.

Meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
