4:45 PM: Selectboard Work Session  - No Public Forum

At 4:45 pm, the Chair opened the meeting. In attendance are the Chair and Selectman Parker with Selectman Bascom calling in from out-of-state. The Chair requested a motion to allow Selectman Bascom to join the meeting electronically. Selectman Parker moved that electronic attendance be allowed, the Chair seconded and the motion passed 2-0. The Board signed documents and reviewed the Consent Agenda items. Selectman Bascom has copies of the Consent Agenda documents via email for discussion.

The Chair requested a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Selectman Bascom made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Selectman Parker seconded the Motion. On a vote of 3-0 in favor the motion was approved.

The Board signed the 2024 MS636 Budget and the 2024 Town of Greenfield Town Meeting Warrant.

The Board discussed and agreed to add a non-monetary warrant article to the Town Warrant to adjust the Elderly Exemption credit tiers. The Board reviewed and approved changes to the tiers from the current values of $20,000, $40,000, and $60,000 to $30,000, $60,000, and $90,000 based on age brackets set by the State of New Hampshire.

At 5:18 pm, Selectman Parker made a motion to adjourn the meeting; the motion was seconded by the Chair. The motion carried 3-0.
