5:30 PM: Public Forum
The Chair opened the meeting and took up the Consent Agenda for review. The Selectboard reviewed the Consent Agenda items and signed documents.
5:45 PM: Selectboard Work Session
The Selectboard discussed the cover page of the 2022 Town Report and agreed on a photo of the Meeting House. The Selectboard discussed and agreed on a dedication for the report.
The Selectboard received notice that the Crotched Mountain School deed has been filed at the Registry. The Board will schedule a meeting with Town Counsel to discuss next steps on establishing a PILOT with the new owners.
The Chair requested a vote on the Consent Agenda. On a motion by Selectman Borden and a second by Selectman Bascom, the Board voted 3-0 in favor of the motion.
6:00 PM: Town Administrator Evaluation
The Chair suggested a non-public under RSA 91-A:3, II C. The Chair made a motion to enter into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II A & C. The motion was seconded by Selectman Borden. On a roll-call vote of 3-0 the motion was approved.
At 7:50, the Chair made a motion to enter into the public session. The motion was seconded by Selectman Borden. On a vote of 3-0 the motion was approved.
While in the public session, the Chair made a motion to seal the minutes under RSA 91-A:3, III for personnel. The motion was seconded by Selectman Borden. On a vote of 3-0 the motion was approved by the Board.
7:15 PM: Selectboard Work Session (Contd.)
The Selectboard discussed the coming weather pattern. The Board discussed whether to have the Recycling Center close for Saturday due to the wind chill warning. The Board received an email from the Recycling Center Supervisor and did not close the facility.
The Board asked that the informational meeting on the Selectboard’s Oak Park Master Plan, be posted for February 9th and discussed the best way to present the information that has been under discussion for more than a year.
Selectman Borden stated that the ConVal School District is possibly hiring a consultant to help plan for eventual school consolidations.
There being no further business, the Board voted to adjourn.

At 7:44 pm, Selectman Borden made a motion to adjourn the meeting; the motion was seconded by the Chair. The motion carried 3-0.
