Town of Greenfield Meeting House Renovation Project – Request for Construction Manager Qualifications

The Town of Greenfield is planning for a renovation of the town's Meeting House. The project includes addressing ADA accessibility issues, waterproofing the basement, connecting to public wastewater infrastructure, and modernizing the heating and cooling systems of the historic building. The project is funded through the Community Center Investment Program and is subject to standard federal procurement requirements. The funding standards will require a fixed fee contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (contract document AIA A133), with savings going to the Town. The total project budget is $1.46m, which includes Design Fees, Legal and Permitting Fees, Carry costs, General Conditions and Construction Management fees.

Construction Management Firms are respectfully requested to submit an introductory letter accompanied by the AIA A305 Qualifications Statement Form to be considered for these services.  Qualifications process will only review the AIA A305 document.
