PRELIMINARY MINUTES
STEPHENSON MEMORIAL LIBRARY
SUNDAY. SEPTEMBER 21,2014

Present:

Neal Brown, Bruce Dodge, Mary Ann Grant, Bob Marshall, Jami Bascom

Absent: Scott jones

The minutes were recorded by Pat LaPree.

3:05 PM: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Brown. The Trustees voted by a roll call vote of 3-0 to enter into a non-public session in accordance with NH RSA 91-A: 3 II (b) for the purpose of hiring a new employee.

4:49 PM: The Trustees voted to exit non-public session. It was noted that a decision was made to interview four candidates for the position of Library Director.

4:50 PM: The motion was made to seal the minutes of this meeting by Neal and seconded by Jami. The vote was unanimous in the affirmative to seal the minutes of this meeting.

4:50 PM: The motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Neal and seconded by Jami. The vote was unanimous in the affirmative to adjourn the meeting.

The next meeting of the Trustees will be on October 1, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Library.
