A Sidewalk will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to gather information on an Application for a Variance; ZBA Case 2020-02. The Applicant is requesting a Variance from Section III, C.5 of the Zoning Ordinance which states “The lot area shall not be less than two (2) acres and frontage on a Class V or better highway of not less than two hundred fifty (250’) feet….”
