Greenfield Trustees of Trust Funds meeting

Due to a change in the Selectmen’s meetings, we will need to re-schedule our July meeting with Charter Trust. Ken will contact them with several potential dates.

Ken updated us on the results of the town meeting and the 2018 allocations for Capital Reserve Funds.

First Quarter earnings are on target with 2017 earnings

The town audit will be 4/16 and 17. Ken has the list of information they will need from us. He will make sure it is available to them.

We are developing a list of questions for our July meeting with Charter Trust:

       Should we keep $198,000 in the MM account until 1/2/2019 to meet potential spending?

       How do we use interest amount and then principle when requesting CRF check?

        6326- Two USTN 8/31/21 with different interest rates (1.125% and 2.0%). Do we need to list

          separately?

         Aaron Patt signature on CTC (non-corporate resolution) document- who else can we out there?

         Potential CRF requests in 2019; $100k-250k fire department tanker

                                                               $40k Police cruiser
