As noted in the separate posted announcement, the Planning Board will resume its regularly scheduled meetings on the second and fourth
Mondays of the month beginning at 6:30 PM on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Meeting House. However, in the meantime, and in deference to the Memorial Day holiday, the Board has moved its scheduled May 25 meeting to Monday, June 1 at 6:30 PM at the Meeting House. The main agenda topic will be the continuation of discussion of the Vaughn subdivision application involving East Rd property R7-lot 2. In compliance with current recommendations issued by the State of NH to minimize the spread of Coronavirus, the Board’s meetings are restricted to no more than 10 persons, with all attendees required to wear face coverings. The Planning Board respectfully requests that members of the Public who wish to follow the meeting do so by telephone conference call.
