Currently the Town Clerk is renewing registrations by mail and setting appointments for new registrations. The Town Clerk is in charge of marriage licenses, vital records, dog licensing and a lot more. See their webpage for more information.

The Recycling Center is open regular hours and has made changes to promote social distancing and limited handling of household trash.

The Welfare Department is working virtually. See the Welfare webpage for more information and an updated phone number to call.

Taxes can be mailed to the attention of the Tax Collector (P.O. Box 256) and tax questions can be emailed to the Town Administrator.

Remote access to the phone system is up and running for the Town Administrator, the Office Manager, and the Welfare Department. We will receive your voicemail, however, please continue to email as that provides the ability to forward your message to the right department most effectively.

Transforming municipal government to a virtual platform has been very time consuming. We apologize if you have been struggling with a question or need to engage with the town offices. We have always tried to provide an open door policy whenever we could, and we find these limitations very sad, but we know you are potentially struggling with much more difficult issues.
