You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED the appeal of David & Patricia Simmons, 30 Farmers Lane, Attleboro,MA  for variance from Article III Section C-3 to permit construction within setback requirements.  Property is located at 35 Sunset Lake Rd, Greenfield, NH.  (Lot S2-7)
