You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED the appeal of Noel Landriani, 39 Swamp Road, Greenfield, NH for an equitable waiver from Article III Section E-3 of the zoning ordinance for the 82’ setback for the garage addition with the condition that the second addition will be no closer than 94’ from the property line.
