Members present: JGryval, CPettigrew, DDineen, KO’Connell
8:05 pm session opened with DDineen motioning to go into a non-public session (RSA 91-a:3, III,e). KO’Connell seconded the motion. Roll call was unanimous to go into non-public session.
Public session re-opened at 9:15 pm. CPettegrew motioned to seal meeting minutes. DDineen seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 9:16 pm.
