Meeting Minutes
October 14, 2009
The board meets at 8:00 pm with Craig, Kevin, Dan, Roger and Loren in attendance. Dan will be chairing the meeting.
Also present tonight are the applicant and Atty Wilkins.
The board reads the minutes for Sept 9, 2009.

Line 54 change “but not two more co-locations” to “but it could compromise one or more co-locations.
Motion by Craig to accept the minutes as corrected, seconded by Loren, and the motion carries.
Dan goes on to the consideration of rehearing for case 09-1 at 8:30 and summarizes the appeal.
The board discusses the case and the content of the rehearing appeal. The board discusses if they should have town council look it over before proceeding.
Kevin asks if anyone feels they should deliberate tonight, no one states they want to.
Roger motions to seek legal opinion of the appeal, Craig seconds and the motion carries.
Roger motions to close meeting at 9:00 pm, motion seconded and carried.
