Meeting Minutes
June 3, 2009
Meeting opens at 8:00 pm for bi-monthly meeting with Roger, Kevin, John, Loren, and Dan in attendance.
Board goes over minutes of May 13th meeting, with the following corrections.

Roger motions to accept the minutes as corrected. Loren seconds, and the motion carries.
The board moves on to discuss the granting of a rehearing of case
08-6. The board re-reads the minutes and decisions related to the case, along with the Attorney Teague's correspondences. The board then goes into a lengthy discussion of the matter. During the discussion John offers the possibility of stepping down from the case as this was a point of contention brought up in the applicants' plead to the court. The board restated that since the court vindicated John, they didn't see the need, nonetheless, John reiterated that he thought it best and since there were now six members present, he stepped down to let an alternate stand in. Dan, as vice-chair takes over the meeting as board.
The board continues to discuss the case and decides to seek further legal consultation from Atty. Teague. Dan will call John Teague. Roger motions to continue meeting on next Wednesday, June 10, at 8:00 pm. Motion seconded by Craig and passed by board at 9:30 pm.
