Case 08-7

You are hereby notified that the Board of Adjustment has conditionally approved an appeal submitted by Jane O’Donnell of Littleton, NH for a Special Exception from Section III article.I.2.e.3, 25-foot wetlands buffer as allowed under Section III article. I.2.d.1, of the Zoning Ordinance of the town of Greenfield for lot R9-18 on New Boston Road subject to the following condition:

The driveway access located along the lot frontage must not encroach the wetlands or buffer, and be reflected on the approved plat. The second buffer incursion inside the lot for the driveway is allowed.

The necessary first step, before any appeal may be taken to the courts, is to apply to the Board of Adjustment for a rehearing.
