The board met on May 6, 2008 to decide whether to grant a re-hearing of case 08-1 as motioned by Mr. John Haithcock, the board finds the following:
1. The appeal for rehearing was not filed within the thirty day appeal window as required in RSA 677:2.
2. The applicant did not explain his reasoning as to how he feels the board erred. As required in RSA 677;3.I
3. The board does not feel it erred in its original decision.
There fore the motion for re-hearing is DENIED.
