You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED an appeal submitted by Crotched Mountain Foundation for special exceptions from restrictions of the Wetland Conservation District of the Zoning Ordinance to construct a residential building on property lot R2-11.
Given the uniqueness of the special situation presented to the board; that of a long-standing large institutional development in the residential zone, and that the current zoning ordinance does not address this specific use, the Board has also GRANTED five variances from the following ordinances for the above-mentioned project.
Sections; III.E2; III.E.3; III.E.4; IV.C; and section IV.K.
