Meeting Minutes
May 6, 2008
The Zoning Board gathers at 8:00 pm
John Gryval opens the Meeting at 8:30. Present are John, Dan, and Kevin. Full board could not meet due to last minute cancellations.
Board reads minutes
Board motion to accept minutes from March 25, 2008 with the following changes,
Line 42; change to” The board votes on the question; Two no, it would not diminish surrounding property values; Three yes, it would diminish. Motion does not carry.”
Motion seconded, and carried.
John reads the letter from Mr. Haithcock requesting a rehearing of case 08-1.
Board discusses letter, and finds the following
1. The appeal for rehearing was not filed within the thirty day appeal window as required in RSA 677:2.
2. The applicant did not explain his reasoning as to how he feels the board erred. As required in RSA 677;3.I
3. The board does not feel it erred in its original decision.
Kevin motions to deny the rehearing based on the boards findings, motion seconded by Dan, Motion carries unanimously. .
Motion to close meeting made at 9:15 by Dan seconded by Kevin, motion carries, meeting ends.
