You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED an appeal submitted by Victor P. Mangini, Jr of Greenfield, NH; Special Exception from restrictions of the Wetland Conservation District; Article III, Section I.2.d.1, for four (4) wetlands crossings as shown on the proposed subdivision plat presented to the Board, subject to a professional engineering design to assure the culverts are sufficient to handle maximum anticipated flow.
Property is located on Coach Road, map R9, lot 27-4.
