You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED an appeal submitted by Daniel and Robert Pratt of Temple, NH for property located on New Boston Road and Blanchard Hill Road, map R7, lot 21, for a Special Exception from restrictions of the Wetland Conservation District; Article III, Section I.2.d.1. under the following conditions:
1. Special Exception is for single residential driveway.
2. Driveway shall have a maximum width of twelve (12’) feet, and shall be located as to minimize the impact of the wetland buffers on both sides.
