Meeting Minutes
September 7, 2006
Board convenes at 7:30pm with Chairman Gryval, members Phelps, O’Connell, Dineen, and alternate White present. John Gryval re-opens case 06-6; Mathewson Real Estate Holdings, LLC of Hancock, NH for property located on Muzzey Hill Road, lot R1-2, for a special exception from Greenfield Zoning Ordinance, article III section I-2; wetland conservation district.
John states he feels no need for additional information. Loren agrees, and Roger makes motion to close public portion of Hearing.
Dan seconds and motion passes.
Deliberative session begins.
Roger states under minimum impact he doesn’t like the common driveway, would rather two driveways.
John agrees.
Kevin talks of the lot size being that large and a conventional development might have more impact.
Roger motions to grant a Special Exception from Section III.I.E.3, 25-foot wetlands buffer, of the Zoning Ordinance of the town of Greenfield for two private driveway crossings, located on Map R1, lots 1-2 and 1-2-3.
Motion seconded and passed unanimously at 7:22 p.m.
Motion made and seconded to close hearing and meeting.
Motion passes.
