Meeting Minutes
July 11, 2006
Meeting opens at 8:00 pm. Sitting on the board is John Gryval, Dan Dineen, Roger Phelps, Dale Sanford, Craig Pettigrew, and Kevin O’Connell.
Robert Peirce attending from the McLane Law firm, and asks if he can tape the meeting.
John says yes, but asks for a copy of the tape.
Mr. Peirce agrees.
Board reads minutes from May 30, June 3 site walk, and June 6 meeting.
Roger motions to accept May 30 minutes as read, seconded by Dan and passed
Roger motions to accept June 3 minutes as read, seconded by Dan and passed
Roger motions to accept June 6 minutes as read, seconded by Dan and passed
John states that we’ve talked to legal council as allowed under RSA 91.a.3 the board will go into non-public session to discuss what council has said if he has a motion.
Roger motions to go into non-public session.
Seconded by Dan, and passed.
Board goes into non-public session.
Roger motions to come out of non-public session, seconded by Craig, motion passed.
Board comes out of non-public session at 9:00 pm.
John informs Mr. Peirce that no vote was taken on the motion for re-hearing.
Roger motions to seal the minutes of non-public session, Dale seconded. Motion passed.
John says now that we’ve heard from the town council, based on council’s determination, he feels we didn’t err in decision.of denial on case 06-3.
Dan agrees,
Roger agrees.
Kevin asks if we should go over each argument step by step.
Roger says he doesn’t feel that’s necessary.
Craig motions to deny the application for rehearing.
Roger seconds.
John asks for discussion.
Kevin states he doesn’t feel the reasons stated in the request are sufficient to trigger a re-hearing.
John calls for the vote.
Craig’s motion passes unanimously at 9:15
Dale did not participate in the vote.

Board reads minutes from June 27, 2006
Roger motion to accept as corrected, seconded by Dale,
And board accepts them with corrections.
Meeting closes at 9:30 pm.
