Meeting Minutes
November 22, 2005
Board convenes at 7:30 pm and goes over mail. Sitting on the board is John Gryval, Kevin O’Connell, Dan Dineen, and Dale Sanford.
At 8:00 pm John opens case 05-8.
Alan Easton, 49 Old Bennington Road, Greenfield, NH, for a request for Special Exception for a driveway entrance and specifications of the Greenfield driveway regulations for property identified R-3 42.2.
The Board discusses the application with Mr. Easton, and explains that the ZBA can’t hear the case because the driveway regulation is not a zoning ordinance, and that the driveway is on a plat approved by the Planning Board and that the Zoning Board has no authority to change a plat, that he’d have to go back to the Planning board to change it.
Because that board cannot here the appeal John foregoes any cost of the appeal to the applicant, due to confusion upon his part as to being directed to the Zoning Board in the first place
John closes the meeting at 8:30pm
