You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has denied the acceptance of the application by Alan Easton, 49 Old Bennington Road, Greenfield, NH, for a request for Special Exception for a driveway entrance and specifications of the Greenfield driveway regulations for property identified as Tax Map R3 Lot 42-2, and referred the matter to the Greenfield Planning Board as required in notes #9 & #11 of the approved subdivision plat.
