You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED the application of George & Nancy Shepard, 88 Forest Road, Greenfield, NH for a Variance under Section IV.C, Number of Buildings, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenfield. Subject to the finding of the Greenfield Zoning Board of Adjustment stated below.
Any alterations or upgrading of existing use will require the entire structure to come into current compliance to the building codes and zoning ordinance of the Town of Greenfield.
